How the program works
- Locate a participating practitioner in the network through the provider locator
or contact WholeHealth Networks toll-free at 1-888-Aetna-EAP (1-888-238-6232) from
8:30 am to 8:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
- Schedule an appointment directly with the practitioner, or simply show up at the
participating provider's office and inform the staff that you are an Aetna Resources
For Living member.
- Present your Aetna Alternative Health and Wellness ID Certificate. Pay at the point
of service and the participating practitioner will discount the cost of your service.
